How Bolb handles information about its customers.
Last updated: November 2026
01
Purpose
Tipso AB (“Bolb”) issues this notice to explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data about people at a store that uses Bolb, including a pilot. It tells you what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.
02
Data controller
Tipso AB, registration number 559579-7605, Dalagatan 15, 692 31 Kumla, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described in this notice.
03
Who this is for
This notice covers people at a store that uses Bolb, including a pilot: the account, the invitation, and the contact with us. Feedback a store collects from its own customers or staff is the store's. Contact the store about that feedback. Bolb processes it for the store under the customer agreement, and only after the store has accepted a data processing agreement. This notice is not a certification.
04
What we use, and why
For our own customers we use name, work email, role, store, and the messages sent to us. We use them to provide Bolb and administer the agreement, which is the basis for that processing. Answering questions and keeping accounts secure rests on our legitimate interest in running the service. Store feedback is not used for Bolb's own marketing.
05
How long we keep it
Account and contact details are kept for the customer relationship and for the period the agreement sets after it ends. Audio in the active service is scheduled for removal 30 days after upload. Transcripts and analysis do not automatically follow that period. Contact details left on the QR form for a reply are deleted after the reply, or within 30 days.
06
Who else receives it
Companies that host the service, deliver messages, and provide analysis may receive what their function needs. The current list and Bolb's data processing terms are available on request. We do not forward suppliers' own contracts.
07
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy, and you can object where the rules allow it. Ask the store about feedback the store collected. Ask Bolb about an account, an invitation, or this notice. A complaint can also be made to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
Contact
For an account, an invitation, or this notice, write to security@bolb.io. How the service is protected is described on the security page.
